Consider requesting a room with a view when booking. It's a good experience to wake up with fine scenery.

Good beach accomodation for a family as the complete area is fully tiled and would suit small children.
This booking was made through with your agency and was recomended as a 3.5 star rating. We were extremely dissapointed with your assesment and will query future ratings. Our opionion of this accomodation would rate as a 2 star. The sofa was in need of a thorough clean, Musty smelling cupboards in the wet area, no hair dryer, only 2 small soaps provided no other guest appointments as in shampoo, lotions etc. Kitchen drawers sticking and difficult to open. The facility was cold and no heater provided except for the bedroom having an old air conditioner.

Ideal place for a 3-night stay. The hotel was comfortable and very clean, good sized rooms. Furthermore, it had free parking.

The kitchen was well-equipped, but the couch felt worn out.

We stayed for 3 nights in a studio apartment and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and when we arrived later than the listed booking-in time special arrangements were made for us. The hotel was very central and all-in-all we had a very pleasant holiday. I would most certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would consider staying here again. The place deserved 3 stars. The property was in the heart of the city. Moreover, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Kalbarri Pelican Feeding

The kitchen in the one-bedroom villa was well-appointed, and being just down the road from the IGA supermarket was a bonus. The daily pelican feeding spot was a short walk away.
The couch in the top-floor one-bedroom villa was quite worn and felt unclean, and the towels had an unappealing tint, made it difficult to tell if they were fresh. Parking was another hassle. It was merely adequate, and the pot plants in the driveways weren't doing anyone any favors.

Staff very hospitable.......were there when we needed them but not at all imposing. Everything we needed in the villa. Great location....in the middle of the main strip in Kalbarri. Free dinghy to have a row.

We loved the location. Even though there was limited sea view from the room, the beach was just a 3 mins walk away. We like the cooking facilities which allowed us to prepare most of our meals.
The bed was too soft for our preference.

The waterfront villa offered beautiful views and a spacious layout. Cleanliness was a definite highlight, with the kitchen well-equipped for meal preparations, and the location was ideal, just a short walk to the IGA and local attractions. A luggage stand in the villa would be convenient, and the absence of a window in the second bedroom was a slight drawback.

The view from our studio was breathtaking, especially during those stunning sunrises, and we loved how clean and spacious the room was. After a day of adventure, we enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and barbeque area, which was a real treat. Just a heads up, the wifi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't take away from our overall great stay! 😊

The kalbarri villas had an amazing setup with great river views (sunsets were something else!). The kitchen was well stocked, and the super nice team, even accommodating our fishing catch in their freezer.
parking could be a bit tight 🅿️

Great location, friendly staff
harsh lighting in room, even the lamps were harsh and bright, could make a big difference to the room to have soft lighting
